I ordered same day delivery and said they attempted to deliver but unsuccessful. When i called my friend she said she was in all day. Looking at the order again i realized that the scramble up her and my address. One from london the other one from new york. So that address did not exist yet no one got on touch with me to check. When i wrote to them they said they were sorry but did not deliver until the following day 6pm. The flowers they sent were not the same as in the picture either. Instead of sunflowers they put cornations. TOTALLY overpriced and a cheat of the first order on what they give you for it. Will never use them again. Tried to upload picture but failed
Service fee to high. Rediculous. I wont be doing flowers in that area for a long time. My mom is worth it,but flowers were left outside door in below zero weathet.
Wasn't delivered until almost 7 pm. Driver used navigation and still called me for directions. Frustrating.
The bouquet i paid $65.00 for looked a lot fuller online than what was delivered to a relative for their birthday. Also would have liked to know there would be a ballon substitution for the happy birthday stake.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
