The flowers were delivered to a business address AFTER the business was closed. They were left outside at the front door - NOT OK! Thankfully, everything worked out. I do t recall seeing anything within the ordering process (ie, enter business hours of operation) that would've helped me avoid this. Did I miss something?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
