I am the sender. I saw a very green pineapple in the photo they sent me. Hope that any other fruit was better than the pineapple. They seemed happy with the gift.

I think the handling charge is high. It turns out that you $30 bouquet turns out to be $50 and you don't find that out until the very end after you have entered everything.
The picture appeared to be a much larger peace Lily, honestly I could have purchased this one at Trader Joe's for 7.99. It's pretty and its healthy was just expecting a larger plant.
I'm in Florida and I sent flowers to a sick relative in New Jersey. I just learned that the delivery was on-time but was duplicated, causing me some confusion and concern, as I do not wish to be responsible for the duplication. I have checked my account online and do not see any duplicated charges so my expectation is that there will be no charge. But I would appreciate a confirmation from you to that effect.
As for the quality of the product, I learned that, although the flowers were pretty, the presentation was "...as if they'd just been picked and put in a vase...there was no special presentation value." Since this was primarily a daisy bouquet, I'm not sure if that was a compliment or not. But I believe perhaps a pretty bow around the neck of the vase might have added just a bit more to the "presentation value."
If the duplication does not provide a problem with billing, I would consider using the site one more time in the future to see if the "value proposition" is worth it.

I didn't appreciate paying the shipping fee twice for items that were going to the same person at the same location.
Easy access to flower selections. I received my order on time and was very pleased with the bouquet.

Although the flowers were beautiful, the arrangement was not the same color or design that we ordered. The arrangement was for a funeral and we chose this particular one because it contained yellow roses which were the favorite

The balloons are beautiful, very colorful for get well wishes. But a few out of the nine received are deflated somewhat. So I'm not real happy about that.
There was a repeat of my order and had to eliminate one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
