As soon as I left a comment about the erroneous weekend delivery fee I was contacted by phone and given a refund. Excellent customer service, product and delivery time. I do think their handling charge is a little high.
I was going to order my grandmother some flowers for her birthday because they had a sale and a 20% discount but I was not sure what florist I was going with so I put it in my cart and put all my information to see what the final total would be before I placed my order and the subtotal was $67.99 and with delivery charges it came to $78.99 and I didn't think to take a photo of the final total but I did my calculations to see where I would stand financially until I get paid after I left the website. Then I get an email to come back to complete my order because they were offering free delivery so I was pleased to hear it but it said $84.99! So just out of curiosity I went back to see what the total was because the delivery was supposed to be $14.99 which they said they would deduct and the price went from $84.99 to $92.00 because they added on$7.01 cents in tax which made me tell them how they math was not write and who was calculating this and they told me to provide all the information because we were going back and forth for three emails before I went off in a very mannered way. I sent them the information and they said there was no message with it so I got smart and said in another email you have every message from this email address going back and forth so you know who it is and who what you asked for but worded different but here are the attached files again with the message. Finally they must have not liked the sarcasm so they emailed me saying they can't give me free delivery and a 20% discount at once without even explaining how it went from $78.99 to $84.99 then to $92.99 when the bouquet with the bear and chocolates cost in the cart $67.99 and the 20% made it total to the $78.99 then shoots up to $92.00!
Everything went smoothly, now just waiting on the product delivery. After receiving the product, it looked larger on the website than in person. It still made my partner smile. Thank you!

I choose venmo and it failed to make the process possible. Please do test on all payment options you offer. I am an IT guy and there's nothing worse than presenting options that don't work. Customer experience is the key. Btw I found you by a Google search. I hope you can deliver. Tic tock.

I found ordering from you simple and easy and all went well and will order again. The pricing was confusing and where I thought I was getting a discount I didn't. I compared pricing with another flower ordering site and it was a little higher. But then again, you get what you pay for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
