We've ordered before and both recipients were very pleased with their flowers.
This time I was sent a picture and most of the roses looked old and really open and the tiny flowers that gave the arrangement it's character were not included and I paid for the highest upgrade! Very disappointed!
Quick easy fast delivery
I would like to see how fast the flowers are delivered and if they are on time before rating any higher. I do want it to be a surprise, but I also want her to be home and since it is her birthday, I can't be sure. This is her daughter who is overseas. Please make the bouquet beautiful. (this is what I wrote beforehand). I was a little dissapointed at the price - quantity as these cost just $4 here...
