I ordered flowers for my daughter for same day delivery. I receive an email that they are delivered- but I knew that was not the case. I called them. They said oh it was a mistake they meant to send a failed delivery attempt. That they tried to deliver them and no one was home. Lies. Our ring doorbell would have shown me. But no worries they will try again tomorrow. Umm no thanks I cancelled my order. Awful!

First time I ordered you or rather the florist you used really failed. You however redelivered an arrangement that was still not what expected but the recipient was happy and I appreciated the quick response and free replacement. I then got an email that I had an offer of about $12.00 I could use towards another fromyouflowers order and my spouses birthday was near so I foolishly decided to give you a second chance and this time it was an even bigger fail. The flowers that arrived was a "premium" arrangement of pink and white Lillies and of all the buds, exactly three were open and while some may be happy with waiting for others to hopefully open the effect was less than stellar as the attached photo shows. I will not be giving you a third chance and promise to give you one more poor review to add to all the MANY you already have. Shame on you and your suppliers.

They called and told my the flowers I ordered a week in advance were a next day arrangement and that they always arrive in bud form, which I was unable to find this statement on their web site and she was unable to tell my where this was stated. They did offer a 50% refund.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT GREEN BUD FAILURE!

Very easy 2 order from...a lot of arrangements 2 choose from...I ordered the nite b4 & it was delivered next day early afternoon...by the way the destination was 1000 miles away still everyone turned out HAPPY...

I am from out of town but the recipient called and liked them.
I don't like that only the most expensive roses you offer are available for same day delivery. You knowingly hold your customers over a barrel forcing us to pay a premium when you offer lesser priced products, but only for later delivery. Update: flowers were delivered on time but my girlfriend coming home on her birthday and seeing a dozen roses on top of her trash can makes me think the delivery person could have left them on the front porch or really anywhere else.
