The recipient received a strange text message wondering if her address was the correct address for a delivery and was 45 min In the wrong direction. Instead of sending a strange text message, your partners should've called to confirm or left a voicemail if no answer. I know with this ever changing world we are becoming more technologically advanced but there are times when a phone call will work better than a sketchy random text message. However, the bouquet was beautiful and arrived within the time frame! I would order again and hope for a more professional delivery.
So far, so good. Online ordering process was pretty straightforward. Ordered same day delivery, but actual results remain to be seen.
UPDATE: Delivery time was very fast - only a couple hours. However, the arrangement received did not match the "premium" version ordered. Did NOT get what I paid for.

Customer service gap was very pleasant to talk with. And worked out the problem that I had initially could not find order And it was already paid for. So that order was cancelled and suppose to be refunded to card used. New order was placed after explaining that an PEACE LILY was what I wanted. And can email was sent that order was delivered correctly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
