When I chose delivery before 5:00 p.m., I didn't know it would take right up to the wire of 4:44 p.m. My mother stated that delivery service never rang the bell or anything because she was home all day.
However, saving grace is that she found them outside her door, opened them while on the phone with me, and was very pleased.
You said I had 10 dollar discount but when I went to place order it didn't apply so I cancelled

I placed to orders. One to Boone n.c. Which was beautiful and looked like picture. But the one I send to Asheville n.c. Didn't look anything like picture and I had to up grade in order for them to be delivered.

I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers with five balloons. Premium looks like regular and given one balloon, but yet charged at a premium price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
