After reading the reviews, I ordered the deluxe florist choice, not the basic, for an Easter arrangement. Total cost was $55. The arrangement had like 8 carnations and a bunch of greenery in a cheap basket. No lilies or roses or nice flowers, not even a vase. So disappointed. So embarrassed. It was ugly! Never again. Total waste of money. The florist should be embarrassed, as well.
I am very disappointed with the flowers I sent. The picture on the website looks nothing like the flowered my parents received. Not worth the price I paid. I have pictures of both. Will not use this service or site ever again
The flowers were delivered to my Mom on the day specified. She says it is a BEAUTIFUL bouquet. It really raised her spirits!

We were very disappointed with the contents of the gourmet basket - they were not as expected and were not as per the photograph on your website.
The delivered basket did not have any grapes, meat products or jars and the cheese was soft cheese laughing cow spread not the hard 'seriously sharp' cheese shown on your photo.
We also feel that the extra chocolates we ordered were not of a quality that warranted a $20 price tag.
We chose the most expensive of your gourmet baskets expected the best quality of goods. This has not been the case.
The experience was ok, but the bunny in the arrangement looks like a bear and not a bunny.

I have my seen the flowers since I had them delivered to someone else, but was told they were really pretty with alot of different flowers (I ordered the mixed bouquet). They were delivered as promised.
