It wasn't clear about the delivery fee until check out. But other than that it was fine. Upon delivery, I discovered the flowers were not arranged. I would never have made the purchase had this been VERY clear at the onset.

The basket that arrived was not what was pictured. I received an Easter Basket instead of the traditional candy basket that was ordered. This was not an Easter gift. Though the basket was nice, it was not what I expected to be ordered. But, the delivery was quick.
I was impressed with the timeliness of this order, but my granddaughter sent me a picture and I was hoping it would have more fruit like apples, grapes versus a whole pineapple. She is a college student. I think it would have been more appropriate. It seems a little expensive for what she got.
If you satisfactorily deliver as requested and the flowers are truly as beautiful as the picture on your website, then those '3 Stars' will become '5' and you would have earned a regular customer. Til then I can only rate you for good app processing.I shall pray all goes well.
