Service and handling was quite expensive, and the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I called to advise you of this and was met with a totally negative attitude. Since I had already paid with my credit card, I thought I had no option. I ordered an all white bouquet for a funeral, and they sent orange and maroon flowers, suitable for a fall arrangement. Not a funeral.

Told I'd be refunded my delivery (2.99) and a15% off for the trouble. Never happened (wasn't really expecting it) Just glad it finally got there. Sorry I didn't see the website with the bad reviews BEFORE I ordered. Dozens of people with the same issues I had. Live and learn. NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
