Thank you for the ease of ordering and good pricing for same day. However, the image on the page where I purchased wasn't the same as the actual. There were no red ornaments on the arrangements - but ribbon was substituted instead. The arrangement was very nice, just different

The flowers were for my mother-in-law, who is out of state, so we did not get to see them in person. She received them quickly and is happy with them, thank you. The two things I feel could be improved (from looking at the photos) are that
1) The bouquet was smaller than I expected-we ordered the "standard" bouquet. Some websites show what each size will look like, to ensure that the customer has reasonable expectations. Your site only showed one size, which we assumed was the "standard" size, because if you only show one size, the ethical thing to do is show the smallest, so the customer knows if they go up a notch in order, the bouquet will be even larger. Your photo must have shown a larger size, as it did not look like what we ended up with.
2) The lilies, while lovely, were yellow. The photo of the bouquet advertises them as white, and the text describing the bouquet specifically describes them as white. The yellow flowers were pretty, but we selected the bouquet based upon the color combinations in the photo. Perhaps a second photo showing a color variation possible with yellow lilies would help.
Overall, we are happy with your service. I will likely use it again, but next time I plan to call to speak with someone so that I don't get any unwanted surprises. Thank you.

The price when I picked flowers to buy were 31.99. At checkout the price changed to $54.99. So, while I did buy the flowers, I will not buy from you again.
