THE FLOWERS DID NOT MATCH THE PHOTO - FOR EXAMPLE THE WHITE LILIES SHOWN IN THE ONLINE IMAGE WERE MOT PRESENT IN THE DELIVERY ITEM. SO THE COLORS WERE COMPLETELY OFF.
ALSO, NO SERVICE FEE WAS MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE - AND THIS IS ABSURD TO INCLUDE AT THE VERY LAST MOMENT BEFORE CHECKING OUT
