I would have liked to know the delivery charge from the very beginning of my purchase.
$14.99 is too much and never was indicated while I was shopping. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Loss leaders are one thing but not being up front with all details is another.
Difficulty reviewing my order. The page kept coming back asking for the payment info... Was 'this close' to canceling the order... Also I looked up the zip code using your info page and the only one I saw was *******, whereas I doubled checked my info later and found the zip to be different. ******* and I tried to change it but it wouldn't allow me.

I am not very satisfied. Actually, disappointed. I was sent a picture of the arrangement and from what was advertised on your website compared to what was received seem very different from one another. Comparatively, the arrangement looked half the size of what was presented in the picture on your website, particularly the vase size - and therefore a much smaller arrangement than anticipated.
The delivery was on time though and delivered in a timely manner.

I have tried to order through my account but they keep rejecting my password. When I try to change password they keep rejecting the token number. This is very frustrating and I have not ordered previously for this reason
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
