It was a little difficult since I picked my flowers and then found they couldn't be delivered when I wanted them to be delivered. So now they are delivered several days after the birthday. Was a little confusing in that aspect. Loved the appearance of the flowers and hope they are as attractive in person as on line. I would recommend to friends with caution on delivery dates. That was disappointing completely. I am filling in this survey and the flowers were delivered to a friend and I have no idea what they look like. They liked them but they could just be saying that to be kind. The survey should go to the person receiving the flowers.

I chose the flower arrangement by the picture I saw and it was called blue butterfly something because it had a blue mason jar and a blue butterfly pick. What my recipient receives was a plain clear vase and no butterfly pick. I realize that u do not always get what you order and they did try to make up for it by putting 3 pink roses that I think the original did not have but I was a bit disappointed when I saw it because I did not want just an ordinary plain vase I wanted her to want to reuse it and that is why I picked it. I just think if the florist cannot do the arrangement as advertised they should have the courtesy to call and give you other options I did not receive a call and the florist that did the arrangement was a pretty good distance from the delivery zip code! I will probably just call a local florist next time instead of trying to use any floral websites- my mistake- lesson learned!
