Very pleased with flowers however they were placed in Chapel but Memorial was outside and flowers were not at gravesite for ceremony but I found them in the Chapel could have been that someone in office placed them in wrong spot though.

Unfortunately, I didn't get what I ordered. The bouquet did not include any sunflowers, it also did not come with the birthday balloon that was included with my order. So I'm a bit disappointed.
I paid extra for guaranteed delivery within the hours of 9am to 5pm. The goal was to surprise my girlfriend with flowers at her workplace.
Unfortunately, my girlfriend did not receive her flowers until well after 6pm when the driver had to call her multiple times while we were out celebrating her birthday to get our residential address to deliver. I was left highly irritated at the drop in quality compared to flowers I had purchased from this same site for Valentine's Day. Throw in the lackluster and hours-late delivery, that I was charged extra for, and my experience was far less pleasant this time around.

My first encounter with you was not at all all good. I ordered, and paid for, a deliverance on a Sunday. But you didn't made it. First after that I said that it was not ok to charge for it, you deducted the price. Now I've been offered all kinds of reductions, but as I've been bombarded with so many e-mails, I can't find the proper e-mails with the codes...so I just pay the full price. Not good, right?
