This is my third time ordering flowers and they are absolutely beautiful every time! I am very pleased.
Everything went smoothly as far as I know, the basket went to another party. They sent a pix of the basket and I was highly surprised for the price that was paid to see Roldgold pretzels and Milano cookies, I could have gone to the grocery store myself for these products, I expected something more international for the price. I won't be ordering a basket again that's for sure.

I received an email indicating the recipient received the flowers around 6:15 pm. I did not hear from the recipient which was odd. I then received a telephone call at 8:45 PM from the driver indicating he could not locate the address. At 9:00 PM he called me letting me know he found the address.
I placed this order with plenty of time for this delivery to be made before 9:00 PM! The flowers were not received until the next morning when she went outside and found the delivery on her porch.
I was very very disappointed! I spent a lot of money on this floral arrangement only to have them sit on her porch overnight. I'M very hesitant to use Fromyouflowers.com again.

I hear the flowers were very pretty but they didn't get delivered until 9pm and went to the wrong address.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
