I live overseas and ordered balloons for my granddaughter to be delivered ON her birthday. It was delivered EIGHT days before the requested delivery day and therefore the surprise was spoiled! The WORSE part was that when I called to complain and requested a full refund, they told me that if I wanted a refund they would go back to the house and TAKE BACK the balloons! This in my opinions was a threat as obviously I would not want that. This is a FOUR YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL! Then they said they would deliver more balloons ON the specified day. Then they said that the baloons were probably delivered early because the 4th is a holiday. They simply could not get it right! THEY made an error and they wanted to penalize my 4 year old granddaughter by going there to take back the baloons. I ended up getting a 50% refund! Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
