I ordered before 3pm cut off time for same day birthday flowers for my grandma who recently lost my grandpa and was spending her 83rd bday alone. They arrived today just now (a day later) with substituions. Although I understand that these things happen-I choose the arrangement with disgression and for a reason and paid to have it delivered on the actual day, so I am a little bit upset. However, Grandma was pleased to receive something and that made me feel a bit better, though again, on the actual day would have made her feel so special.
