Great service! Just a bit of help that keeps men out of trouble when we've forgotten to send flowers and gifts. Same day delivery! Really! Put in order at 9:30 am and the flowers arrived at 11:45 pm! Totally Amazing!

Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered were not the flowers as pictured. I chose the bouquet I did for the specific purple flowers with the sunflowers and they completely left them out. No substitutes were made. I am disappointed because they were for my friend who had emergency surgery in California and her favorite color is purple and that's what was left out. Its not really from your flowers fault as they contract with local florists but when you spend the already inflated price for flowers with 14.99 delivery added plus 2.99 for same day delivery on top you expect what you ordered. I did contact them and they responded immediately with 20% off but that felt insulting as a way to make it right for my friend. Sadly, I don't think I'd use them again.

The order arrived 5 days late. Although the customer service was trying to help, I did not receive confirmation that it was delivered. The flowers were not as pictured - I know they tried their best and I know we are all humans and make mistakes. The did offer to upgrade the arrangement which was nice. Thank you for trying

Ordering online was simple. I needed something same day. Even though my recipient lives in a rural area, she still got her flowers on time and they were beautiful. HOWEVER, I paid for 2 mylar balloons to be attached to the arrangement and she only got one. That made me a little sad.

The Flowers were TERRIBLE, not what was on the website, and not worth the money spent. They looked like gas station flowers that were a wk old.

I found an arrangement " Be Bold" birthday I clicked on it twice and it never allowed me to purchase that one. I had to choose a different arrangement.
The flowers arrived after his birthday and they looked nothing like the picture. Less flowers and some left out. Arrangement looked really bare compared to picture. And I even picked the highest price for that arrangement so it would look full.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
