I ordered the chocolate covered birthday Oreos for my husband and they were delivered but completely melted!
You save 20% but you guys get it right back because the handling fee is outrageous! I ordered 2 items and am being charged a total of $30 and they are coming to the same Capital One building. Not sure I can shop here in the future.

I chose a small bouquet so it could fit in my girlfriend's cubicle but apparently you offer flowers for delivery that can't be delivered unless they cost a certain amount. If they can't be delivered, why offer them at all? I could spend $18 at a grocery store for what you charge $50 for. Last time I use this site. Thanks for the awful customer service.

So easy! Beautiful selections. However, when my friend received the flowers and sent me a picture, they were nothing like what I had ordered and I feel they were very inferior. Very disappointed that they did not even try to match the picture on their website. I would not have paid the price I did for the flowers that she received.
