Our former Mastercard was compromised and we have a new one since our last order. I entered all the new information but the order was unable to be processed the first time. It was rather annoying to have to enter all the new info twice!

Wasn't a fan of the shipping and handler fee of $14. I wish that was included in the upfront cost when selecting he flowers. I wish there was the option of no vase to reduce cost. Wish I had option to customize flowers
The delivery was delayed so the added to the order and sent a kind apology for delay with order.
Flowers pretty, greenery wilted in places and the mylar balloon was not inflated well as well as the 2 extra purchased latex ballons were flat within couple hours of delivery. Leaking $11 worth of balloons & not fresh flowers, well greenery for the price I paid with a discount makes me just want to go buy and pick my arrangement next time. If not my daughter in law who received them id of never known the poor quality of my order. Very disappointed.

Was definitely not what i ordered & not worth what I paid.
I was a bit upset that I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday, but they didn't arrive until Saturday. I got an email with a refund of $3 and change. I guess this was the difference between same day delivery and next day. Other times when I have tried to order same day delivery on other websites, it wouldn't allow the order to go through if it was past the time of day where same day delivery was no longer available.
Was happy to spend the extra $ on the flowers and not the delivery. Hopefully the flowers will be as pictured!
However, it wasNOT as pictured, and the roses arrived fully opened and bloomed. They will not last more than a couple of days. Not happy about that!
Too expensive for a poor product quality I didn't even got what I paid for. Besides I paid for stuff that wasn't delivered either a balloon. Those are small details but if I pay for something I trust the business I will get what I buy and not whatever thing they want to give me. Dissapointed

VERY QUICK AND EASY
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
