This bouquet was sent to my cousin, I got a picture of it and called the store (Dillons) who sent the flowers to thank then for such a GREAT bouquet. I have sent flowers before (private comapany) in Hutchinson, KS and was not satisfied (not bought through flowersforyou) I was totally disappointed but through flowersforyou I was totally SUPER satisfied! I will continue using this company they have the best flower shops for their company. I have sent flowers through them to North Virginia, Kansas, Oregon and Arizona. The only way to order flowers. VERY PLEASED!

THE FLOWERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NICE.
I am writing to tell you how disappointed I was with the flowers that were sent by your company today. I could not believe that I ordered and paid for the Premium flowers and how they looked in person. They looked more like your lowest level flowers and not much better than a bouquet that I could have purchased at a grocery store. I plan to spread the word via social media not to deal with your company. I would also like to know which florist you contacted for this order locally because they totally ripped me off. These flowers were for a dear life long friend whose father died and what was sent was pitiful and embarrassing.
Would have liked to have seen the full price disclosed earlier in the online shopping process, specifically, the handling fee.

The product received does not look anything like the picture, we ordered the large and it is more like a small. We are very upset and discouraged at the size of the plant for the price that was paid. It looks so cheap, we are all so very unsatisfied with the product received.
