I was totally surprised by the paltry glass of flowers that were delivered yesterday. I had used your company previously and was very pleased with the delivered product, but this time it was nothing more than a few carnations in a tiny vase that looked like a water glass of My backyard flowers. In fact, my flowers would've looked better and I feel like a fool for sending this to my daughter. Disappointed and honestly believe this was not up to your standards and would like a refund.
Next time, I will use a local delivery service where I know what I am paying for.

I had to place a last minute order for same day delivery. I was not disappointed! The flowers arrived before the end of business day and to be honest, they were more beautiful than I anticipated. I will definitely order from you again!
I ordered purple flowers from the pictures, when my friend received them, they were red.
I didn't like that there was a $14.99 handling fee that was not mentioned before the very end of the checkout process. My friend who I sent the bouquet of flowers to also told me that there was a good portion of the bouquet that needed some TLC, and she sent me photos... not only did I agree with the TLC comment -- the bouquet was also a lot smaller than pictured! All around disappointment for cost.
