Flowers were received by the recipient quite a bit later than the email from you indicated delivery. I received a delivery notice yesterday morning, but my giftee didn't receive them until the evening. Not sure where they were all day...

So many hidden fees! You gave me a discount. Then you gave me the option of same day delivery for an extra fee, so I picked the next day delivery, which also had an extra fee because it was a weekend day. Then there was the mysterious handling fee. And taxes, of course. My $35 value ended up at $58.29.

Gift basket was not what I ordered.
I received a photo of the flowers we sent and although it is pretty there seems to be more green than flowers and I don't see a rose in it. I see daisies, lilies and something purple, which may be a small rose I can't tell. It seems to be in a box and I requested a basket (unless the basket is inside the small box). I am not dissatisfied I just pictured a little more, but the picture on the website doesn't really show an example just best value.
Website was easy to navigate. The photos of the gift baskets made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with the basket, my mom loved it!
