I know its hot outside, but the flowers that came were pale and somewhat wilted, the overall look of the arrangement was just PITIFUL looking. I could have found a better bunch of flowers at the grocery store and just dumped them in a vase. It was my mom's 92nd birthday, so it needed to be special. Disappointed.

The flowers were left on her front porch. She didn't know they were there until I called her and asked her to check. A notice should have been left on the side door after leaving them on the front porch. She did say they were beautiful.

There was a $14.99 discount applied during check out, that suddenly disappeared on the final page after I'd entered all payment information. This is an order for an office coworker so I don't have time to go back and see what happened and try again, but it seems like quite the scam to show a price all along and then update it with all the fees at the very end. Would not recommend to others or use again for that reason. When I'm making a business purchase or personal purchase, I want to know the cost up front. Very disappointed.

Placing the on-line order for same day delivery, was easy. However, 1 hour before the flowers were actually delivered, I received an e-mail saying that the flowers had been delivered to the recipient. Since the flowers had NOT been delivered...but the email said they had been delivered, I called Customer Service. They were particularly unhelpful, saying they were unable to contact the florist directly and would get back to me. When the flowers were delivered, I asked the delivery person about The email. She told me the shop was closing for the day and were closing out the orders, just as she was leaving on her delivery route. This is not a good business practice, which resulted in unnecessary hassles and phone calls to Customer Service.

Order wasn't exactly as pictured on the website. It was supposed to arrive in a mason jar and it didn't. Also, there were many more carnations than shown in the picture

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
