The plants that I ordered were actually delivered as ordered and on time! It is so nice to have the florist fulfill my orders as requested! Your flowers are expensive and the prices are misleading. $15 for "handling". That's absurd as it is about 50% of the price for the flowers. You should post the actual price, not some ridiculous fake price to lure me in for a purchase only to hit me at checkout with an additional $15

The BRIGHT COLORFUL flowers (Yellow, Orange, purple, red) that I thought I ordered 3 days in advance, turned out to be beige, pale yellow with 2 mutted, redish pink flowers. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I understand that the florist has to use, what type of flowers they have in stock, but this is no way the happy bright selection I chose to brighten someones day. This is the second time flowers that I ordered did not turn out to be correct. I will NOT be ordering from this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
