This is my second time using FromYouFlowers and I'm doing it because I was so happy with it the first time. My daughter was delighted with the flowers - even sent me a selfie with the flowers in the pic. The photo showed she got exactly what I ordered.
One of my issues are. It will not let me put the full address in for instructions. They do not look like the pic. This is my first time ordering and probably my last. I will say customer service is exceptional.
She loved the flowers prices on the flowers are good but the other charges not so good a little to high.
Everything worked perfectly.

I ordered anyway but VERY angry as the driver REFUSED to leave the flowers at door per my written request! He took them to the horrible neighbors & we were lucky to retrieve them! Never again will I use this company. Too expensive & false pricing, where is the $19.99 flowers?

I like that it's easy to get same day delivery, and the quality and advertised prices are good. What I don't like is the inflation of the price with a substantial "service fee" tacked on at thre end. What service, I wonder, was I paying for with this fee other than the arranging and delivery of flowers--which, one would expect, is precisely what should be covered by the advertised price of the product. I don't object to the addition of a same-day delivery up-charge; I do, however, object to having a "service fee" added only on the final page, effectively making the actual price around 30% higher than the advertised price. The small arrangement I ordered was attractive and appropriate; it was well worth the $35 I intended to spend and even the $42 I thought I was spending, but certainly not the $64 it cost me in the end. Had it not been for the unnecessary inflation of the final price with this dubious charge, I would have given a 5-star rating. The flowers were very nice and the same-day delivery was very quick and professional. I hope the company will consider trusting their products and their customers enough to simply advertise the actual price and avoid inflating it at the end.
All that said, thank you for the quality product and for the quick delivery with a same-day option. Improve the honesty of the price advertising and I will certainly be back.
I ordered an arrangement called Sunflower Delight, and there wasn't a single sunflower in the arrangement. The sunflowers was the sole reason I ordered that specific arrangement. If the flowers were not available, a phone call would have been preferred. I would have cancelled the order and picked something else.
I ordered an arrangement from ForUFlowers for my nephew's funeral. The arrangement looked completely unprofessional and the roses and irises were completely spent and should have been thrown away. The arrangement was very sparse and didnt even contain greens to fill it out. I wanted to show my love for my late nephew and the company sent garbage. I was so embarrassed. Do not order from this company!
