Nice selection, very easy to use website. Did not see actual arrangement, but recipient was very pleased and said they were beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is that the delivery fee was half the price of the flowers, higher than I had paid in the past.
I really didn't like that you charged me a extra 2.99 for same day/ weekend delivery when today is a Wednesday. Also I ordered from you last week 8/26/19. I needed these flowers ASAP for a sick friend that's the only reason I didn't cancel my order. I would appreciate a refund for the 2.99 weekend delivery.

The flowers looked as though they had been hastily stuffed into the vase, and one small ribbon tied around it - very amateurish-looking. Not much resemblance to the photo on the website. The daisies seemed to be drooping already. We paid extra for the "Premium" option. I hate to think what the regular or deluxe options (cheaper) would have looked like.

Ordered premium version of this arrangement & mylar balloon for family member's birthday w/ same day delivery. This turned out to be a very lush arrangement & recipient was thrilled. Orange carnations were replaced with over a dozen small red roses and 2 green Fiji spider mums were added - plus a couple extra yellow tulips and abundant greenery. Arrangement could've used 1 or 2 more purple liatris to give a bit more color splash. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
