Entire process was easy...selection great...delivery time excellent.
I like the website it is easy to use, but...I ordered balloons to be delivered with the flowers. 1 milar and 4 blue. The flowers arrived at my cousin's house today minus the balloons. I live in Alaska and my Aunts party is at my cousin's house in Oregon. This is my Aunts 80th birthday so it was really important to me that this order arrives on time looking fabulous and with everything I purchased. The processing fee for this order was $14.00 but the process did not happen the way it should have. I have been disappointed in more than 1/2 the orders I have made. I will find another company to use in the future or contact the local florist in the area myself and cut out the middle man since the middle man does not do as good a job as I can myself.

They looked a little bigger on the site. They had 3 sizes and I chose the middle one but it looked more like the smallest version.

I ordered the braided Zen a week before my husbands birthday. I received a USPS tracking number but it would never allow me to track it. I spoke with customer service who did not help as well. I was referred to talk to Robin Fountain and she took care of my order. Made sure it was delivered on time and sent 2 plants to make up for any inconvenience I experienced with From You Flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
