DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday, paid for the premium flowers, a total which was over $70. My mom received the flowers on the wrong date, and they do not at all match what I ordered. When I called, the customer service representative was very rude, avoided all my questions and gave very scripted responses, and told me they would re-deliver when they could arrange it. Who knows if/when that will ever happen, or what they would look like. Ive attached a picture of what I ordered and what was received. Do you research before ordering from here, as I should have done in the first place!
Ordered flowers and paid next day delivery plus weekend delivery fee. Flowers sat in a UPS warehouse for the weekend. Called their customer support and had to argue to get them to cancel my order. Unfortunately our daughter did not receive the get well flowers we sent her in the hospital.

This was for a 28 th Anniversary and I did not get what I thought I was ordering. The picture was very deceiving. It was not 85.00 worth. My wife, who I got them for was disappointed as well. The card was made out to me, not Kelley. I will never order on this website again. I ordered and upgraded to the most expensive arrangement, I would hate to see the one that was actually advertised.
Very easy and self explanatory. Same day delivery option was available for almost all orders. My girlfriend got her flowers just in time before she left work and was ecstatic. The flowers were gorgeous. The service and handling fee was a little steep with not advertising it until checkout but overall great experience.

Online ordering was easy, flowers were lovely, delivery was timely. I was surprised the flowers came from Safeway, but recipient was happy with them. Will likely order from them again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
