Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Asked for blue in memory of my brother as I do every year. Was promised they would be there by 1. When I called they said they couldn't guarantee that. When the flowers arrived there wasn't a single blue flower. I was told that also wasn't a guarantee. So why lie? Why not call your customer and let them know? Her flowers that were supposed to remind her, her son was still there weren't even right. The bouquet is called "clear BLUE skies" for a reason! I was told on the site after opening an online chat Simply " sorry for your inconvenience. " That's what you say? That's it? Do not recommend and after sharing my feelings online with friends I found out I'm not the only one. Hence the 1 star rating from everyone.

Getting to the web site was a little difficult.
Everything went great until you tacked on a $15 "Handling/Service Fee" which was separate form the delivery fee. It just seemed a bit back handed.

I just have one complaint. The delivery person called me to tell my wife to come outside her building where she works and pick up her own surprise flowers from outside. They have a front desk in the building that the delivery person should have dropped off the flowers with that security desk. And according to my wife there was another person in the vehicle so there was no excuse in my mind why the delivery person couldn't deliver it inside and request the other person to stay in the car. Unacceptable
Original price for a dozen rainbow roses was 50. Discount to 25. Service charges brought it back to 47. Only 10 roses delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBITE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A DOZEN ROSES.
Everything was fine except I didn't get notified that delivery could not be made for scheduled date until next day, should try and have a better communication channel

I have had one issue with the timeliness of delivery, but Customer Service stepped in and rectified to my satisfaction. I am re-ordering from this site because of Customer Service.
