The process was quick and they were delivered by midday. My only complaint was that I paid for the deluxe version and they looked the same as the normal version. The bouquet was pretty but not worth the amount of money I paid for it. The arrangement I chose was supposed to come in a clear Mason jar and it came in a green one which I know that the same exact one isn't guaranteed but just a little less pretty than the original. Overall it was fast and easy to set up, the flowers were pretty and my friend loved them, just a little pricey for what was delivered.
I just wanted to do something special, for my special lady my wife.
The flowers were very pretty but they looked nothing like the picture that I chose to have sent to my mom for her birthday! I chose that specific arrangement because my mom does not like pastel colors as much as she does fall colors. Please advise on how we can fix this issue.
