I send and receive flowers all the Time, so I have a pretty good idea of what a $77 bouquet buys these days. This wasn't it! Having seen a picture of the pitiful bouquet you delivered I was actually embarrassed! The handful of roses were fully completely bloomed, which means they'll be dead in a day. The other flowers were so few and so sparse you could see right through them and you didn't even pretend to fill the vase. I could've picked up a nicer arrangement for $25 at a grocery store. Thanks for making me look cheap. And insulting my best friend on her birthday with the most cheap and sparse looking arrangement I've ever sent. Pathetic.

The product that was delivered was not the same as photo shown in the website. This was lack of flowers and decorate for deluxe option! I was disappointed of this.
