Flowers looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. The flowers were wilted, and falling apart, They were wet and soggy looking and when I opened them in front of everyone, even they were surprised how horrible they looked. I was extremely embarrassed. I even had to throw two away because they were falling apart. Extremely dissatisfied! I will never order again.
I gave 3 stars for recommendation because I only recommend if someone ask. The experience and selection was very good.

So are everything went great at first but the address I provide for the delivery of the flowers was on and Government facility and I was told after the fact that your company doesn't deliver there. The hours it took for me to provide a backup address for you guys and wait to see if the flowers were going to come or not was really a pain for me and the person I got them for.
Felt arrangement was Thrown Together...Looked sloppy... Disarray in fashion.

The price was was more than expected with delivery charge
I was a little nervous ordering a birthday bouquet from the UK to be delivered in USA but the order went through smoothly and was delivered on time. Great service and I would definitely use again. Thank you.
I have used your service twice before but probably will not in the future. I was very pleased the first two times, but this time I was embarrassed. The flowers were delivered Saturday at the funeral home. I ordered for a male and the flowers were pink roses. I understand you substitute flowers but your florist could have done better than pink. My main disappointment was the flowers were dead by Monday morning for the service. I called and was offered 20% off my order. That is not enough for the humiliation I felt. I asked who the local florist was so that I would not use them in the future, but was also told that you could not give that information?
Fast and easy and absolutely beautiful arrangement
Thanks for the same day delivery, loved the selections that were offered. Price seemed good, the 14.99 handling fee was a bit much. Then again I was last minute. My Sister LOVED it and was very surprised and thrilled with the gift
Very user friendly website! The bouquet was delivered like an hour to 2 hours after I placed the order & looked absolutely like the picture. I was well pleased with the fast delivery and the presentation!
