This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to get flowers delivered. Whichever florist is contracted in the San Diego area needs to be replaced. Flowers were ordered for same-day delivery but wasn't delivered until 3 days after during which time there was no communication from the florist to fromyouflowers. When the flowers were finally delivered they looked nothing like the picture, the flowers used looked old and were not arranged like the picture on the website. The only good thing about this whole experience was customer service from fromyouflowers, they were awesome, refunded me my same day delivery fee, game me 20% off and upgraded me to deluxe. But the florist did a horrible job in how long it took to get delivered and the quality of the flowers. Because of this I will probably never use this website again for flower deliveries.

Very unhappy with the arrangement. I picked that bouquet due to the colors of blue. There was no blue flowers and the size was smaller, I picked the large arrangement. Spending over $70, I'm disappointed. I reallly feel, since the last order when the candy was forgottem, which you did credit my account, but then stated I have a deadline to spend my own money. I feel that I can't rely on your company for consistency.

I got the flowers with a balloon and teddy bear. The teddy bear was bigger than I thought it would be which was great. The flower was a sunflower but not like the online picture. This was for a kid and should of been 1 flower with a face on it. I received a couple of sunflowers with some carnations. Also had to call because I got an email stating it was delivered when actually it didn't come until a day later
