Handling fee is a little pricey, which drives up the overall price $35 for the Flowers and vase seem fair but an addition $15 for 'handling fee' is ridiculous.
I would definitely order again! My friend sent me a picture of the fruit basket she received and I was impressed on the presentation on how the fruit looked in the basket. She said it was fresh and delicious. The card was also hand written out and not just typed. I thought that was a nice touch and to make it more personal. It was delivered on the date I had asked. Great Job! I highly recommend using them for ordering for any occasion! I give them 5 Stars!
My sister sent a picture...VERY DISAPPOINTED with the flower cake. I ordered the deluxe, highest price item and it looked extremely cheap! I had received a flower cake before (not sure the company) but it was gorgeous in comparison to this...
Not worth what I spent
My mother-in-law had a bad case of the flu and the flowers, chocolates and teddy bear definitely made her day! Definitely worth the money!
They were supposed to be delivered on 10/8, but never came to my sisters house. Somebody else must have received them, but they told me on email that they were delivered, but they weren't. I had to make several calls to get this fixed and finally on 10/11, they were finally delivered. Paid a lot of money for this arrangement and I was truly disappointed that they weren't delivered on the day I wanted.

This is the third time that I've tried to use FromYouFlowers for floral arrangements for family. Each time, the recipient hasn't received what was pictured. Either they didn't get the pitcher which was the reason I selected it, or the flowers weren't available and substitutions were made that made an arrangement nothing like the image. It's very disappointing and I'm deducing that most purchasers aren't asking the recipient for pictures of what they received. If they were, they'd realize there's been a bait-and-switch.
Straightforward but didn't allow for me to put my correct address in as I'm UK based but it didn't matter as I paid on PayPal
So far, Your Flowers has come good for my orders in the highest regard and I appreciate their urgency when orders are placed.

I ordered Anniversary flowers for my daughter and son in law on tuesday to be delivered on Friday of the same week. But to my disappointment they were never delivered. After several emails and a phone call to them and no satisfactory responses i cancelled the order. They apologized and sent me a $10 gift certificate. That is unacceptable. What should have been an enjoyable gift turned into a big headache. I will not recommend this company and will make sure my friends don't make the same mistake i did for trying to order from them.
I think the prices are ridiculously high and did not appreciate being required to spend $50 before shipping. However, this was a very important ocassion so we went ahead. The flowers were lovely, delivery was speedy & the staff courteous & friendly.
