I feel like the handling cost is extremely high for a bouquet of dollar store chocolates that are already overpriced. Most likely never place an order like this again. In the picture the chocolates were neatly arranged and prominently showed and that was not how it was delivered. Some chocolates were face down and not attached probably due to careless handling. Also, when I called to follow up on delivery time the phone agent was very unpleasant. Not sure if the calls are recorded but may be beneficial to take a listen and help employees improve on customer service and phone etiquette.
Easy and less expensive than other florists
A birthday surprise for my daughter. She called and said the flowers were beautiful, and the ballon was perfect. Very easy to shop and place order. Flowers arrived on time. Yes would order again. Thank you!

The flowers that were delivered to my mom didn't really look like the photo. I ordered the deluxe arrangement and it definitely looked like the standard. Very cheap. I was disappointed.
Confirmed order and on the day of the funeral emailed me to say after 3 days they couldn't secure a florist to deliver the arrangement. Horrible company and customer service!

The basket of plants I ordered was smaller than it was supposed to be, and it didn't contain six different plants as in the photo. In particular, it was missing the Peace Plant (shown with 3 white flowers). It looked very cheap and 'skimpy' when delivered. It was delivered very quickly, which was appreciated.
