Te order received was not the same that I ordered
The issue with my order was already addressed, but since this is required...the order was for succulent plants and 3 balloons. The plant that arrived was beautiful, but not succulent plants at all. Also, one of the balloons was missing. As stated, this has been addressed with a refund for the missing balloon and 20% refund for the type of plant received. I am now satisfied, understand mistakes happen, and will continue to be a customer. Thank you.

Ordering was easy. I'll update my review after my daughter receives the flowers and tells me how they look and if they're full or not. I ordered the premium bouquet so Im hoping they are gorgeous! I've been fooled before! Please don't let me down.
Update: The arrangement was beautiful but not near as big as I had thought! I bought the Premium bouquet for my daughter for her promotion, and was a little embarrassed by the size of it. It was rather small and after paying two levels to upgrade it, I really expected it to be more than it was. I was really disappointed. I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to stop sending flowers.

So far easy. Website said delivery to business was 9-5 it was delivered later than 5pm. Just lucky someone was here to receive. Handling fee and taxes from $19 jumped to $42 wow! I understand same day delivery but still quite a jump. Otherwise everything else (ebsite easy to use) flowers are beautiful.
