The flowers were great, and the delivery time was excellent, but the message on the card was incomplete.
I understand I chose the 'florist choice' bouquet because of needing the flowers the same day. However, if I could make a recommendation, I would like to ask that the florist to boo advised of the season. The bouquet that was delivered was definitely a spring mix but it is October! I was disappointed that the florist couldn't be considerate in that regard

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
