Great selection and prices. Easy ordering too. The flowers were for my mom who is in rehab after knee surgery. When the delivery person delivered them to her my mom asked if he would please read the card because she was having issues with her eye sight. He read the card and I can't thank him enough for that. Very over and above his job I'm sure. My only issue is that the basket the flowers were put in was white, not the beautiful brown as shown in the picture when I made the purchase. The brown basket was partially why I chose the arrangement. It was very fall looking, like the flowers. The flowers are beautiful and mom loves them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
