I was trying to buy a flight. After you enter your data, it just says processing and nothing happens. Tried few times, after half an hour, contacted support. Someone said hallo, then just disappeared. Absolutely the most worthless website out there

I booked a flight from Georgia to Orlando with no problem. I booked a flight to go home from Philly. The first transaction did not go through. I called them and they said that they had no flights but that they had a same for a stop in orlando. While I was talking to the agent on the phone I was told I would only have to pay a 60 dollar difference but they charged me 148 for the flight. They do not email you back. They are not helpful at all. I believe this is a scam

Had to call my credit card company to report as fraud. You pay on website for one price, but next day the say you owe $1,000+ more and that your "down payment" is "non-refundable". DO NOT BOOK. SCAM. Prices too good to be true.

Purchased $120 ticket got a 1800-601-call from them saying ticket sold out. With a very bad Indian accent. They gave me one option to pay extra or NO REFUND. I realized I was being harassed. My bank send a fraudulent message unfortunately I had to cancel and get a new cc. WASTE OF TIME.

Bought tickets for a flight leaving that night and the tickets did not come in right away. Had to call and they told me that the flight was nearly sold out so I would have to pay more if I wanted the tickets and would not honor original price I purchased on website. Felt like it was a bait and switch situation. I will not use them ever again and would suggest others do like wise. I will amend this post if they ever get back to me and honor the original price I should have paid.

This is a really bad travel agency. They promoted a price online and half an hour later they were asking me to pay extra $200.
It is a rip off. Really bad customer service. Do not use it.

He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information required to make right decision.
