It seems as though te filters i needed were very hard to find. I finally found them on your site. I couldent be happier. It must be they don't make my filter set up any longer. I was happy to fid them. Thank you very much.
I was told my filters were on backorder which was fine, when they were supposed to be shipped didn't happen. Had to cancel, couldn't wait

There is no contact information or any information identifying that the products came from Freshwater systems in the return information in the box... I need connectors for 1/4 tubing and would have liked to contact them back but didn't have the info in the box...

The filter I purchased was a cheap knock-off that didn't work. I had to pay GE $75 for a service call just to have them replace the filter with a GE brand one.
Plugged it in with no included set up instructions. I called customer service twice, held 20+ minutes with no answer. Tried online customer service, waited and waited until it was too much and I gave up. The next day I tried a few things and got the 365 day panel reset.
Contacted Freshwater via internet at 4pm, Apr 15. Got question answer at 11am, Apr 19. Placed order at 2pm, Apr 19. Shipment arrived at my door at 9am, Apr 21.
I was shipped the wrong size item. I called a week ago to notify them and to ask them to send me the right size O-ring, they agreed. It has been a week and I still don't have my item. I am being held up by the delay of this needed part.
Also, when you haven't even shipped the order, it's really jumping the gun to start pestering your customers for a review, at least if you are looking for the review to be positive. Your supply chain and order fulfillment processes need work, and going forward, hold off on asking your customers to review their shopping experience until AFTER they've actually received their order.
We lived in Vacaville and were grateful for finding FreshwaterSystems. We drink more water now and my blind husband can fill his water bottles by himself.
We live in Sacramento now and the filter has slowed the pressure but I am sure it will be restored when filter is changed out. Still good tasting water.

The service staff was very helpful during the process of selecting and ordering the equipment. She when beyond when she helped us buy all parts needed to complete our equipment update project.
Shipping took longer than expected. Also shipment was not correct. Took several phone calls and messages to get the right part shipped. Still waiting for right part.
