My experience with Freshwater Systems (FS) for the most part has been good.
I would have rated them higher but I bought the same storage take from FS on October 30,2012. The take took water under the bladder so we were only getting about two cups before I replaced with the same model RO-122 in March 24 2016. The ordering process is very easy, priced right and shipment arrived sooner then I expected. I will more than likely return and recommend FS if needed.
Got pressure switch in and installed it and was operational in less than 15 minutes.
I was satisfied with the info to replace my old unit with the new one. The numbers were different and the info stated the replacement no. For the one I had.
It arrived on time and was priced reasonable and was plug & play

I ordered 2 filters that I thought were in stock. After receiving my order I noticed one filter was wrong. I dealt with Kenneth and he took care of everything and I received and installed both filters. It took longer than I expected but I am happy.

Originally ordered from another supplier and was disappointed. Ordered part via Freshwatersystems and got my part in several days. Extremely satisfied.

Great and prompt service. Always on time and accurate.
My order was accepted and later I was notified that one item needed to be back ordered. My account was charged with the amount of the order. Weeks passed without receiving my order and I was later credited with the amount of my order. Then after quite a period of time (weeks) I finally received the order and the charges correctly debited to my account.
Bought filters and o rings. Arrived quickly. Standard products that perform well.
Distiller arrived fast and was easy to put together.
I had a question for cust serv and they returned my call the next day.
I had already figured out the problem I had (the plug had falled out of the
Wall) and the distiller is working fine.
Request for help are mostly ignored. Both by email and phone. My order was also messed up.
I needed these parts and they were very easy to find and received them in a timely manner on line.
