Ordered several parts for freshwater system... one lacked an o-ring as advertised which made the part useless. I emailed the company via the website system and have not heard an answer yet some 2 weeks later. Disappointed and now I must take time during work day to run someone down and complain. I had such a frustrating experience with a large delivery (for me) last year that I was just about to quit doing business with Fresh Water Systems. I sent an email to FWS a few weeks ago, John answered, and he resolved my concerns about a repeat debacle. I placed my order, John coordinated it with the warehouse, and I had it in just a few days. Just like the old days.
On a. Reorder via phone, I impressed on her that it has to the same spec. One set of filter s was the wrong size. Equally important to note that they arrived with no packing material and box not fully seated. I called to complain and was supposed to have an RA to ship back the incorrect filter before they will ship the Correct one. In the meantime I cannot change my filtration system.
Since it not an error on my end why should I have to be. Penalized.
Received my stainless steel water bottles within a couple of days of ordering - great service & prices!

My mistake but they didn't try to make it right. I know have to
Follow the very complicated return instructions and pay a 15-20%
Restocking fee. Unfortunately I'm now out $55+ dollars and
Will not be using this company again. Such a pain!
I called to see if they had a on-demand pump I needed it when I was replacing they had did not have so she did a cross reference found the one that was work for me great price fast delivery

Well let's see, first the UPS guy came by and dropped off a package just like Santa at Christmas time. I got real excited and quickly opened the box and Whammo! There inside was our new spa tub filter. Now this filter model was bigger than the required size and I knew this but was hoping it would fit and it did Hallelujah! So I proceeded to drain and clean the tub. Did that, put it all back together and the water is full up and heating as we speak. Hope this describes my experience satisfactory for you all. And again Thanks for asking. Not.
System is required for soda machine, the whole process from research to purchase took less than 10 minutes and was very easy.
Product arrived a few days later. I am completely satisfied with the entire purchase and the price was pretty good too.

The delivery was sent on the wrong truck, therefore was not delivered. I was expecting the delivery last Friday 8/14, it is not the following Thursday and I am still waiting...
No human contact but the site was easy to use, the spare part shipped the following day, and best of all it worked.
