Called Freshwater Systems with a question about a part number change and the call was promptly answered and the support person was extremely friendly and helpful. I completed my order on line and the product was shipped the same day. Great company to work with.
Since I had done this before, all I had to do was follow what I had done the last time. Everything went smoothly. I received the filter and installed it with no problem, I'm very satisfied. Thank You!

Generally we are happy with our product. It was getting it here that seemed an effort. Once the order was placed, no one communicated to us that our order was going to take a little longer to be shipped because one of the items was not in stock. I had to call several times to understand why it had not been shipped yet. In addition, it took 3 times for me to get someone to actually see through getting me the answers. I was told I would get a call back, and did not the 1st two times. After figuring out what the status of my order was and getting it shipped I did receive a discount on the new shipping price. I needed the items immediately and had them overnighted which I only had to pay half the price for the increase in shipping. I appreciated that greatly.
Freshwater Systems had the best price on the water filters we purchased. The filters arrived sooner than expected and were exactly what we ordered.
I ordered two UV bulbs. Both were broken when they arrived. Your customer service to process a claim to replace the bulbs has been good so far although I haven't received the replacements yet
Needed to update our faucet from white to brushed nickle. GE said they couldn't do it. Emailed your company through your website. The answer was quick abd gave me the type of faucet I needed. Had it in a few days. Price was reasonable and my kitchen looks great!
Cracked the hard to find quartz sleeve on my home rainwater system on a Sat. And could not find one locally. Cendy at FS found it quick, gave the info I needed, suggested a better deal on a package, and also suggested the morning delivery for overnight. I had it Monday morning, and my system was soon running again.

We were not getting the filtered water flow we usually enjoyed. The expensive RO filter for my Culligan system was plugged and I decided to buy one from Freshwater since the cost was significantly less then my local Culligan dealer. Problem solved and works great!
I emailed the company requesting information on how to return an item that I found out was not needed on my R/O System and to date have not received an answer from them. They could have at least informed me as to whether or not they even take their product back.
Very good product, no problems, very fast delivery as promised. My only concern was the shipping packing of the product. The shipping box was abused and the taping was sub par. It's great to reuse but should consider making the box a bit smaller by modifying the reuse box. No damage to the contents. Just a thought. I have worked in a warehouse for 4 years and presentation is a plus. Overall will continue to shop and tell f&f where they can get filters. Thank you...
You sent me the wrong part, a quarts sleeve for some other filter system, and wouldn't send the part I ordered until I returned what you sent. The correct part I’m referring to is a UV lamp (P/N: S36RL0) for my Sterilight water filter (model #: S12Q-PA), which, according to the manufacturer, is imperative that the lamp be replaced no longer than one year of its installation. This is on or about 14 Aug. Because of your ‘return policy’, I missed that deadline by 9 days, and this in turn caused me some anxiety. Note that according to my records, I phoned my order in on 27 July, 2015 (see order #: M*******) and did not receive the correct part until 22 August, 2015 (Order # shown as M******* for this action). Note also that for some reason or other, you had my e-mail address incorrectly listed in your records so the original instructions you sent for returning the wrong part was never received. In any case, all is correct now, and I will probably continue using your facilities for my needs. Thank you for providing me this opportunity to express the issue from my perspective!
I had ordered 2 bulbs for an water softener/purification system. One of the bulbs was defective and I contacted Freshwater Systems. Immediately A new bulb was sent after a payment was made for it. I had read the numbers and ID to the bulbs and ant pictures of the defected bulb. My business credit card card was refunded the price of the bulb very quickly & prompt. I'm assuming it was a bad lot # or possibly just a bad bulb. Whomever I spoke with was extremely polite & pleasent to deal with. They will always have our business. I thank you for how simple you made everything.
I ordered a new RO System for a home we just purchased. It was a good deal and even included a permeate pump. My order was missing an item but was promptly taken care of by FreshwaterSystems friendly staff. Thanks!
Not sure what happen waited over a week and had to call them and get the manager warehouse involved. Then I got my purchase
I have been buying SeaGull water purification cartridges from Freshwater Systems for several years. Their price is the best I have found and I have been very pleased with the product. Easy to do business with and never had a single problem.

Ordered 3 water filters for a LG refrigerator, received 3 Filters for a completely different refrigerator. Had to ship wrong filters back before they would ship the correct ones.
Once reported to customer service they were polite and apologetic when issuing the RMA and replacement order, but now I have to wait another 10 days for the replacement filters. Since it was their error they should have expedited the replacement order!
