Order cancelation

I realized about twenty minutes too late that I forgot to skip my delivery and wouldn't be home when it would be delivered and days following. In a panic I texted the chat number and as soon as John P responded I was instantly put at ease that it would be resolved. In what seemed like no time my order was cancel and crisis was averted. My Experience

Overall I was generally satisfied with the quality of the food. I was disappointed with the variety of meals. I found myself ordering the same items regularly as when I tried other items I was often disappointed. After a while I simply got bored having the same meals over and over.

The quality & taste of the food far exceeds the other similar services like Freshly; I've tried several & will not use another. I also texted for assistance on the discount being applied to my plan & there was no issue - it was handled professionally & quickly. I recommend Freshly every chance I can!

Food is good, but the portions are way to small, could be more potatoes in the steak meal, and more pasta in the other meals.

Way better than takeout!

Before Freshly, I would usually end up just ordering food for takeout or delivery after work which was much more expensive and way less healthy. I love eating a Freshly meal instead and it's nice knowing I always have a few quick and easy meals at home!
