The meals I have had have been very good, at the least. Some have been just excellent! Everything is cooked to perfection, nicely seasoned, and good quantity of food to satisfy my appetite. The variety is great, letting me try different dishes that I have not had before. A couple have not been exactly my favorites, but even those were quite good, and very well prepared. And, importantly, the convenience of having cooked meals delivered to my home is a great comfort in these times. I am very grateful for this service!

I would say 75% of our meals have been five stars. There have been a few not great, but we have already done reviews on each individual dish. I did already express in an email, that I don't like that you use peas and corn in so many of your side dishes. It's either one or the other or a mixture of them with other veggies. I dislike both of those very much, and it would be a reason for me to discontinue ordering. The reason, is it limits me on how many of your dishes I am able to try. Luckily my son likes them both, so he has been able to order from your entire menu, but sadly for me, I have not. So, it is actually a bit of a deal breaker. I am hopeful you will start utilizing other vegetables more often. My only other critique and you may argue with me is pricing. In all candor, $10 per entree is a bit high. It has not stopped me from ordering, but I wonder for how long I will continue to do so. My suggestion would be to either make them a little larger (thus justifying the cost), or possibly coming down in price. For me, from a value per dollar aspect, I see about $8.50-$9.00 that I think is reasonable. Please DON'T EVER sacrifice the quality of the meat or any ingredients for a lower price, but I think you can do better. Corn and peas are very inexpensive vegetables and since they are side dishes on many of your dishes, I would have to believe you can do better on your price. I hope you can tell by my commentary, I am not a cheap person, so this is not about me saving a buck. What it is about is what I perceive as value for what I pay. I do appreciate you providing the opportunity to receive my feedback. Again, most of the dishes are excellent. I just had those above mentioned concerns. Thank you.

I love the meals and portions. This is keeping me honest by eating a lot healthier in general. Also I had a terrible habit of eating out almost daily, I spend less money enjoy the food just as much if not more than what I would buy going out and I end up spending less in general. I'm super busy with work and activities and this gives me the freedom to balance that without worrying about cooking and cleaning multiple times a day. I dig it thanks Freshly

My favorite is the Andouille Sausage and Chicken Gumbo. All the meals are delicious and prepared fresh then properly packaged and shipped to my door on time! Always arrives timely and very well packaged! I've been away when the box has arrived and left outside overnight. Even the next day everything is still very cold. And I live in South Carolina where the days are getting very hot! Great prep, portions and taste! My hats off to you all!

Freshly is a great company and very efficient when you must communicate with the employees. Most of the time you don't have to talk to anyone but if you do, the chat is always there to ask questions. Today I was assisted by Gene who responded within 10 seconds. Very impressive. I will continue to be a patron.
