Changed my meals

I needed to change my meal selection for my upcoming delivery, because some of the meals had been duplicated somehow that I didn't do on purpose. Ryan was helpful and efficient in getting them changed to the meals I wanted.

Silly me! I forgot to update my order before it processed. Well, I was greeted by a wonderful helper named Aljun. Not only were they quick and polite, they updated my meal options before they shipped so my hubby won't be sad with the same order once again...

I contacted Freshly Chat about a subscription delivery that was classified by UPS as "delivered" but didn't arrive. Alex. F only had to read my message once, then proactively rectified the situation, even offering a suggestion for safer future deliveries. A+ support, thank you Alex F. And Freshly!

Excellent Customer Service!

I missed the deadline to change my order and didn't realize it had defaulted back to 12 meals! Celine helped me to update my order to make sure I wasn't getting 3 each of the four times I had ordered previously. She was patient, helpful, and very pleasant. I am looking forward to trying several new menu items! Thank you!
