Great Customer Support Experience

I totally forgot my delivery was yesterday and didn't unpack my box until things morning. Mel was awesome in giving me peace of mind that my meals are ok by explaining the Freshly packaging and delivery process and which let me know how long the meals are good for. She also gave me a great tip on not defrosting meals I freeze.

I just want to say you all are doing all the right things as a company and I so appreciate it.

Kudos to Lee for His/Her assistance!

This is my first time re-ordering and I didn't do a very good job. Lee tried everything to help me out, but some things just can't be changed... but not for lack of trying on Lee's part. I'm sure I'll get this ordering thing down soon enough!
